  8. 1 cup of finely chopped onions

  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 cup of cooking oil
  12. 1 cup of hot water

Ingredients for the Rice:

  1. 17.6 ounces of Basmati rice
  2. 1 cup of fried onions
  3. 1 cup of clarified butter (ghee)
  4. 1 cup of yogurt
  5. 1 tablespoon of raisins
  6. 1 tablespoon of almond slivers
  7. 5-6 cloves
  8. 7-8 black peppercorns
  9. 2 bay leaves
  10. 2 cinnamon sticks

Khasi Meat Yakhni Pulao Recipe Cooking Process

  1. Begin by cleaning and cutting the goat meat into pieces.
  2. Marinate the meat with grated onion, garlic, ginger, vinegar, green chili, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for about an hour.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a large pan and add chopped onions. Sauté them until golden brown.
  4. Add the marinated meat and cook until it’s well browned.
